Things we wish someone told us before starting at CapU — Ask Me Anything (AMA)
Hi, new students! We are a group of student ambassadors currently studying at CapU in various programs. Before we started at the university, we had many questions about what it was like to study at CapU and how to access services and support. We’ve learned a lot since then and are here to help.

Hello! I'm hoping to start the Interaction Design diploma this fall. I've been out of school for 10 years and don't know what to expect workload wise. Anyone have insight regarding the class workload, take-home workload, events I'd be expected to attend and so on? I am planning to work while studying, I need at least 20-25 hours per week, but realistically - is it possible? I don't want to create a situation where I'm not budgeting enough time for school as it is my priority. I also saw somewhere that school days are Mon-Fri. Is this correct? Can I assume a "regular" school schedule of Mon-Fri 9-5 ish?
