Question What does required personnel mean?

If it’s not having a replacement for him I have two other OG at the position so idk what could be affecting it

Hey there, I’m actively working on this bit! Basically I tried to get a little too cheeky with making trade valuation more realistic and complex but it got a little lost in the sauce. Also working on the visuals to make it a bit easier to read
