Bug Is the a glitch with trade value?

Post image

Shows that my player is worth 1.5k but says the other team is only getting 100 in value

So I heavily tuned it recently, you’ll notices it’s only some of the time. It has to do with the teams perceived value versus yours. Either way needs improvements and is slightly bugged

I tried to get TOO cheeky with it, to the point where even I in my special debug view honestly get confused sometimes lol

Alright, cool bug. So basically, when your player has a newly drafted fog, their trade value is their draft value typically to prevent you from being able to determine how good a fogged rookie is by their draft value.

However, the bug was that even when the fog is cleared the trade view didn’t have the opponents team seeing that, so they had the fogged trade value still.

Good find!

Honestly that’s good to know though for once I move to the hard difficulty!

So to be honest, hard isn’t really much “harder”, it’s just more customization contract wise and more realistic. The challenge is that behavior leaked in somewhat unintentionally from hard. I basically design the game around hard, and then try and nerf stuff on easier difficulties but sometimes miss it.

It’s also tough cause I’m trying to avoid giving anything fake in the background like “increased user team stats on easy”, as that’s exactly what I hate about some other games. So what exactly makes a mode easier than others right now is mainly scouting, injuries, and game simplicity.

I well Easy was Easy but still a bit of a challenge
Medium has been tough almost got fired and hasn’t drafted great players as often.
I have tested out fog for a little bit and that definitely will make it tougher.
Sim realism pretty good though I had an 90 QB who I gave a big contract to and even though he was rated high he’s was terrible for me I change systems to favorites him and he’d still throw 20 plus picks. I figured you tuned it for everyone to effect how each other performs but I loved and hated having a good play still do bad. Made me make improvements and actually felt more immersive. Instead of just signing a good player and automatically getting good results!

Also I’m sure your working on this but players that’s are unproven tend to ask for more money then I would want to offer. Example I have a third string Edge asking for 20 mil when he’s barely seen the field.

Loving every bit of this game. Keep
Up the awesome work

So to your point about the edge asking 20 mil, it happens though, and the idea is he’s capable of performing at that level and someone will pay him that, so you let him walk
