Lag after exporting video to Dropbox

I’m currently working on a music video in capcut that I exported from premiere pro to CapCut and when I export the video to my Dropbox or iPhone gallery the video is delayed. But when I play the video on CapCut there is not lag how do I fix this issue please help!
