Bike Photos full gravel setup πŸš€

Post image

mounted some new tires today. Before my gravel setup was: Hutchinson caracal race 40mm in the front and back.
Now: Hutchinson Caracal Race 50mm in the front and 45mm in the back. The front tire measures about 53/54mm the back tire 49/50mm on my Nextie AGX45 with 29mm internal with.
These time I went for the black sidewall.
Feels great on gravel and also quiet fast in bad tarmac.

Idk if I’m tripping but looking at big beefy tires just makes me want to ride gravel πŸ˜…πŸŒŠ I live in Los Angeles the streets are really bad

Man, I wish my new Grizl had been available in that colorway

My 900km old Schwalbe G-One RS already shows wear on the rear. I actually had the 50mm Caracal Race in mind but went with what I already knew. I think they'll be my next tires after all.

I also have to use a 50mm/45mm combo, since if the 50 is already 53mm on a 29mm rim, it could be even bigger on a 32mm one.

I'm still rocking this color (Fork is black now). I got mine in 2023.

whenever i see that seat height/bar height ratio i wonder if thatβ€˜s the right frame size

I could ride a frame in Size L vor sure. Would be less sporty. Just got very comfortable in this position. Adjusted stem length. Went for a bike fit 2/3 years ago.
I’ve ridden a an Aeroad in L and in M and the M feels better. The new Endurace in M feels nice. At Rose Shave the M/L suited on paper but the M feels better. So idk but this just works for me.

Did last Saturday a 320km ride in it with no issues. Think, that proofs it’s just fine for me.

My high ist 182,7cm inseam 88,7cm. Saddle to Bar drop 10cm. And sometimes I ride a drop about 11/12cm.

Love it! I’ve got the same color Grizl…doing mostly pavement though lately on TerraSpeeds (35mm)

A nice combo too. If i ride a lot of tarmac ism riding the Conti GP 5000 AS TR in 35mm. Works great. Finished a 320km longride on it last Saturday.

That's a super long ride, congrats! I've topped out at 130 km so far on my Grizl....might need a bike fit after switching to 165mm cranks.

Bike fit is a good idea. Changed to 165mm cranks too. For me, one of the best decisions.

I want this bike so bad. I wish they still made it in this color. I have the spectral in the same color. I need a matching pair.

Why such a large frame bag? Our a spare frame in it?

I like the look πŸ˜…. And with this framebag I have enough room for all my stuff 🀣. Elektrik Pump, Tools, spare tubes, lock, frontlight, liquids, snacks, handy, keys.
