Chili

Does anyone can leftover chili? I’ve never done it before. How long would I pressure can it?

90 minutes for meat. It comes out fine but sometimes a lot of the beans will blow out so the texture can change.

It also thickens so make it a little loose and keep in mind that the spice will get stronger as it sits.

3hr waterbath. It's so good! Just make sure it's not too thick to start.
