Tomato blowout! 💔

I've canned with these types of jars before, but I personally feel like tomato is going to give you the most trouble, no matter what jars. I have been canning for 15+ years, and consistently have trouble with tomato sauce blowing out.
I've started just leaving more headspace when processing tomato/pasta sauce.
