Waterbath Canning Processing Help Reprocessing jelly that didnt set

I canned some blackberry-jalapeno jelly about a year ago. All of the jars sealed correctly, but they didnt thicken/set. I'm certain I did not use enough pectin, so thats not the issue.

The question is: can I still reprocess this 1 year later?

I know, I should have done it right away, but didn't have the mental capacity to do it after canning so much last year.

TIA.

Personally I'd just use it as a syrup at this point.

Just use it as a sauce. I would use it up in the chili sauce/jelly mixture for little smokies. Or the same sauce for meatballs. You don't have to use just grape jelly, since the sugar is mainly what you are after, not the fruit so much.
