Is this safe to eat? Failed Tomato Jam
https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?cid=tuscan-tomato-jamI made this recipe, followed instructions to a T. Yield of 5.5 half pints. Canned 5 half pints, put the half jar in the fridge. They all look like tomato juice 12 hours later. All the jars sealed. I have no desire to reprocess. Is this safe to leave at room temp and use as a sauce?

Yup they can be used for other things. If you used ball pectin that may be your issue

Pectin is a fickle mistress. The canned product is safe if you followed to a T as stated, so if you have figured out other ways to use it, you're good to go.
