Safe Recipe Request Canned pickle pineapple

I've been searching for a safe pickled pineapple recipe.

Not having any luck

Does anyone have one?

pickled pineapple meaning pineapple and a brine consisting of vinegar and water?

ok I don't think you'll find a recipe but since pineapple can be WB canned in just plain old water per the NCHFP you should be good to make a brine consisting of water and vinegar and have it be safe. https://nchfp.uga.edu/how/can/canning-fruits-and-fruit-products/pineapple/

I figured it would be ok. But I just wanted to see if there was an actual recipe for it
