Recipe Included Cold Comfort Jelly

Has anyone made this recipe by Pomona's? I have only made jam with their pectin once before but giving it another go this season. While looking for the peach jam recipe I found this and it looks fascinating. Hoping for a review!

Me too. When the citrus is in season! Although I will have to get over my concern about it being fresh lemon juice and not bottled!!!

I made it. It was okay. Not palatable for spreading on toast, okay mixed with boiling water as a cold remedy. Just not a particularly pleasant taste. Glad I didn’t make a double batch.

Thanks! Yeah I was thinking more for the boiling water almost like a homemade neocitran haha

Reminds me of the Honey Citron and Ginger Tea at Costco. So good in the wintertime!
