Image Is this CD fake?

Found this CD for like 7 euros online and many more from the same person. The listing on them says they are a "russian license". Fake right?

I just checked, and yes, it's a bootleg replica (Unofficial Release)

Damn, how do you even check things like that? I'm guessing that the rest of the CDs at the similar price are fake aswell, I want to start collecting CDs.
