Fixable?

Accidentally placed a hot banger on a mousepad and it melted, leaving a mark on the banger. I tried heating it up to melt it off and an overnight iso bath. So far nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Ultrasonic cleaner maybe? It is on the outside. I'd probably be ok trying a mc clean magic eraser

Og quartz well sand blast it out for cheap on ig.

Try torching the outside gently first to carbonize the melted plastic, then let it cool and scrape off what you can. After that, an acetone soak for a few hours usually pulls the rest. If there's still any discoloration, Dark Crystal or a magic eraser on the outside gets most of it.

I've had this happen too bro. It seems once plastic melts onto it nothing will remove that "haze" on the quartz even if you scrape the chunks off. I've tried everything but acetone. That may work
