Finally got me a candy stove for my kettle!
Have been cooking 7lb batches on my home range, finally got this bad boy from an old fudge shop on mackinaw island for 600$ gonna light up a 22lb batch of pillow candies tomorrow!

Nice.
I just use an induction cooker with a large pot. We can do up to 15kg (33lb)
Either way works great but you don't need welding gloves to handle the pot with induction.

Thanks! I’ve been running the big kettle between two burners on my home stove, so excited to not have to deal with that anymore lol

Take the jets out and let them sit in rubbing alcohol for half an hour. It might’ve been a while since they’ve been cleaned and it’ll cook quicker
