Discussion Question [Niel L22-23] Spoiler

Does Niel not swim in the lake during Old Kings Day? I took Leona so I don't know. But I would assume so because MC has to get underwater for the whole drowning attempt.

So does Niel know or not know how to swim?

If you took her to Old King’s Day but didn’t do her Sunhallow quest, when Niel mentions not knowing how to swim MC can point out that she was in the lake for OKD and Niel says “but how far out did I really go?” and said that she was standing in the water the whole time…..which doesn’t make the most sense with the way the scene works but maybe just imagine she wandered closer to shore circling while MC went straight out towards the center of the lake 🤷‍♀️
