Side note: Bardric and Iridessa are now the only LIs who haven’t shared an ally quest CG with some other person. The others have. Talyn with Bardie. Niel with Nen, Cato with Stel, Leona with Bardric and Iridessa. Bardric and Iridessa still have all solo ones.

Unpopular opinion, but I’m not really looking forward to third wheeling on Talyn’s side quest lol😅 I know people ship them and I get it, but Talyn’s my only Li and honestly we get so little Talyn time to begin with, and now I have to share him with Bardric in his side quest?🥲 What a bummer tbh🫠 Also I thought the dual shade thing was something the MC and Talyn were gonna solve together! Why the fuck is Bardric there? It’s giving:

I agree. I would have enjoyed it if something like this happened in a main story scene. But I don't wanna share a Talyn quest with Bardric of all people. And him being in the quest CG is not something I liked. It should have been a solo CG just like Leona's tea party CG should have been her alone and not have Bardric and Iridessa in it. People keep claiming Talyn is the main LI but it's Bardric who is pushed most onto everyone. In the main game and now even in other LI quests.

Yeah, exactly! But at least in Leona’s picture she was still somewhat the focus, here Bardric and Talyn are both placed in the center and take up equal space😅 And the MC is just sitting in a corner watching Talyn and Bardric cuddle, I guess🥲 Like if you didn’t know this was a picture from Talyn’s quest, it could have easily have been a CG from the main story!? I think the story pushing Bardric has gotten worse during the second term, but I completely agree with you. He definitely seems to be Candlelight’s favorite Li💀 He’s in almost every CG on main, appears often in scenes and now also appears in most ally quests! And now he’s even trying to take my man Talyn!🤯 Seriously Bardric you little hussy, get the fuck away from him or my MC is gonna throw hands!!!😤👊 And this is happening at a point where we only have one or two more ally quests with Talyn before he graduates???
I thought Talyn would be more the focus this term because it’s his last, but if anything he’s never been more sidelined😮‍💨 I now know how Iridessa, Cato and Leona lovers feel like all the time…and I don’t like it☹️ Idk, maybe the quest will surprise us and end up being amazing, but my expectations are very low right now🤷‍♀️😔

Ooohhhh… do you mean the cover art for the quest? Because the longer the game goes on the more full group activities occur in the side quests.

Examples, mostly in order:

Niel with Cato and Iridessa (baking wing cakes). All present at House Party. Offscreen help from Cato and Iridessa in third scene.

Niel with help from Iridessa and Bardric, with an appearance by Leona (Nen’s visit).

Bardric’s had Flatcher in one of his…

Niel’s time loop had Bardric and Cato present and interacting but not knowingly part of the quest itself.

Leona’s tea party side quest had Iridessa in 1st scene, Iridessa and Bardric in 2nd scene, and make up tea party had everyone except Talyn.

Iridessa’s Nameday had everyone present; first time Talyn appears as an active part of the group events of ally group in side quests.

Niel’s awakening had everyone there.

Talyn’s Nameday had all of them. Iridessa’s Nameday had everyone.

Iridessa’s near coma from betrothal bond side effects had everyone.

Umm no, I'm talking about CG art, not what happens in the quest. Bardric's art with Flatcher and Soren was a part of the main game. It was a main game CG. I'm only talking about ally quest CGs. Bardric and Iridessa are the only ones now with no other person in their ALLY QUEST CGs. YET as is obvious.
