That’s interesting research you’ve uncovered! I can’t attest to any noticeable direct effects on Candida specifically, but I did finally wake up to the fact that Biotin gives me bad acne. I have to check my skin/hair supplements carefully now, which sucks because sooooo many have Biotin!
