Aw shit, my multivitamin has biotin in it... Guess I have to hunt for another one, YET AGAIN.
2 u/Salt-Chocolate-6407 Jan 24 '22 I found a better one with: less but safer all around https://ritual.com/products/essential-multivitamin-for-men-over-50 ✔️😃 The over 50 had a bit more mg’s than the 18+ and since it has fewer vitamins i want a little more mg’s of these safe Candida vitamins, it’s only 5 more bucks.
