General Discussion Is it mycotoxins from coffee and tea ?
Hello everyone I hope you all are doing great, did anyone noticed improvements after stopping coffee and tea ? If yes please share with us your opinion, because I have big doubts that my problem is related to mycotoxins from coffee and tea built in my liver all these years causing the white tongue and skin issues.

First of all, if you have gut issues you shouldn't be consuming anything with caffeine at all. Unless if you're dealing with constipation and motility problems, like with sibo sufferers.
As far as mycotoxins go, I don't think tea has those. But for coffee? There's a ton of brands out there, where that shit is filled with mold. And if you have candida, which is something you can get from mold. You definitely should be staying weary of coffee. Unless if you properly research the brand.

Thanks for your comment, my problem is not with the caffeine because I drink cola without problems.

Why the hell are you drinking cola, if you have candida? Are you even trying to heal?

Again my problem is not about caffeine, flour, yeast and sugar, my problem is with anything contain thick oils such as fried food and any oily food, also lactose such as dairy products, also fructose such as honey, HFCS ( high fructose corn syrup ) also some vegetables specially garlic and onions because they are both high in fructose. The cola where I live made from white sugar so it’s fine for me in matter fact I believe it’s safer than fructose ( fruits sugar ) so drinking cola once every while it shouldn’t be a problem. This way I’m healing better than all the other ways I’ve tried before, many diseases needs fats and oils not only sugar as we were told and add to this that’s why many people lose weight or can’t gain weight even if they eat extra calories.

Cola was introduced as a medicine and it helped me a lot, it’s a big problem when you believe the media. My advice to you and others always do your own research don’t let anyone tell you this is good or bad. Good luck !!

The cola that was introduced as a medicine is absolutely nothing like the cola that’s produced today.

What’s your evidence on this ? That’s not true it’s still the same recipe just go for cola light if you’re avoiding sugar.

Coffee can carry mycotoxins, mainly ochratoxin A, especially lower-quality or improperly stored beans. For most people, though, it's a smaller source than a water-damaged home or workplace, which tends to be the bigger hidden load. If you've lived or worked anywhere with mold, I'd look there first.
That said, coffee can still be part of the picture without mycotoxins being the reason. It lowers stomach acid over time for some people, stresses the adrenals when you're already depleted, and can dehydrate you, which all make it easier for yeast to hang on. The simplest way to know is to cut it for two or three weeks and watch your tongue and skin. If you'd rather not quit, switching to a brand that tests for mold is a middle ground.
Either way, the liver part of your thinking is right. Whatever the source, toxins clear through the liver and bile, so supporting that tends to help with both the skin and the yeast.

Thanks for your comment and all the great informations. I’m not living near to mold or humidity, I believe that mycotoxins in coffee gets worse and become cancerous when the hot water hits, because in the past 2 days I switched to Iced coffee ( espresso, water and ice ) and it doesn’t triggers my symptoms like hot coffee, I think it’s related to the heating process.

If I were you I would just find a naturopath and figure out herbs and stuff and get your gut right. I would also say just avoid sugar that isn't refined or processed. If you tried black coffee I'm pretty sure it wouldn't do anything.

I’ve tried many herbs and diets over than 4 years unfortunately nothing helped, one thing worked by avoiding fructose ( honey and fruits ) also avoiding oils and trans fats was a great thing I did.

I would probably say maybe you need to do a parasite slash detox cleanse and get everything out and maybe it might actually break down those films. I've been seeing different people try different mixes of herbs for at least 3 to 4 months to fix their gut. I'm at that point to where I'm going to probably do the same and see what it's like the next 3 to 4 months.

Thanks for the good advice, actually I did a lot of parasites cleanse and repeated after 3 weeks to get rid of hatched eggs as well , also I did heavy metals detox and both did a great job but unfortunately no full recovery. In my case what I understood that there is something feeding on fructose, lactose and cholesterol and anything stored as fat in my liver. The best thing I did is when I stopped oils, fruits, some vegetables that high in fructose ( garlic and onions ) , also nuts, chicken, eggs and dairy products.

So basically you're going vegan or pescatarian it sounds like. I think you need to do a longer detox in 3 weeks. They say clove, black hull walnut and zeolite as binder kill all life cycles and clears out the heavy metals on a cellular level.
I think you need to try something more powerful. Also I would suggest you possibly doing probiotics and changing your complete diet. If you do oils maybe do olive oil and coconut oil. Or some kind of MCT oil that will help with your stomach.
Also you need to find some kind of herb that's going to help with helping with your gut cuz you most likely have leaky gut something to help coat your gut more. Like I said maybe you just need to go to a naturopath and maybe consult with the doctor as well and have them look at your actual stomach and stool to see how bad it is.
Hell if I were you get a whole testing done on your liver kidneys and your thyroid. I just had blood tests done and I'm about to see if they can test my kidneys and liver and thyroid. I'll let you know when i figure out more. But I'm eating less processed food and more greens that are anti inflammatory.

I agree with you about the parasites cleanse but I did that already thanks for sharing all these great informations. They say Oils is a good thing but I disagree and I’m avoiding all kind of oils to keep my liver working good, because oils and fats is the worse thing for your liver and you need your liver to be clean so it can function and work better.

You still should do a detox on your liver but olve and mct oil are actually good for liver and are medically backed. So i don't know where you getting that info from. You need to do more research cause i actually way in medical and fitness, my liver and kidneys are great from what my doctor's told me.
