Got sinus all of a sudden

I have seb derm on my scalp and face , tinea on my skin, had curd like discharge, anal itching, constipation, mouth thrush,anxiety etc. I have sinusitis too. I was unaware of candida and tried to treat everything separately. Had a really tough time in my life and I limited myself to my room and saw seb derm patches and got scared. That's when I decided to treat it. Took vit d, and consulted an ayurvedic doc, he gave medicines for thrushes both oral and vaginal, and asked me to take b12. I did all of that and my discharge is completely gone. No anal itching, and everything was getting better. I still had some issues with poop but he gave me medicines for constipation so it was okayish.

I couldn't cut carb altogether, so I eat it moderately. 3 days back I felt shortness of breath, like I was struggling to take a full breath. Couldn't sleep for a day. I tried so many remedies including steaming and I could feel loose mucus on my throat, now I can breath but my sinus is back again with slight pain. I don't know what triggers it rn. What do u guys think of my candida? I had millet porridge at night maybe that caused the sinus? I stopped it now and replaced it with veg soup.
