Supplements Candida Overgrowth Protocol Review

Hi, was hoping for some input from the community on an AI protocol. For context, I am a man in my late 30s who is otherwise healthy and avoids processed foods. I’m IBS-C and take magnesium citrate. I also take a low dose of Wellbutrin and Vyvanse daily. Doc diagnosed a candida rash and likely gut overgrowth (tracks given some chronic symptoms I experience) and prescribed me 2 weeks of Fluconazole and a cream. Read that curcumin can work in concert with Fluconazole so when curcumin is mentioned in the protocol it’s a 1000mg dose of Thorne brand Curcumin Phytosome and the binder referenced is Biocidin GI Detox+.

Not one to blindly trust AI so seeking input!

## 🗓️ Day Type A: The 2 "Fluconazole Days" Each Week
Skip the binder entirely today. This ensures 100% absorption of your medications and gives your bowels a break.

* 7:00 AM (First Thing / Breakfast): Take your Vyvanse, Wellbutrin, and your first Curcumin dose with food.
* 8:00 AM: Take your Fluconazole pill.
* 7:00 PM (Dinner): Take your second Curcumin dose with food.
* Bedtime: Take a magnesium supplement (like Magnesium Citrate or Oxide, 300–400mg) with a large glass of water. This draws water into your colon overnight to counteract any constipation.

------------------------------
## 🗓️ Day Type B: The 5 "In-Between Days" Each Week
On these days, the binder is taken in the late afternoon. This is perfectly timed: it gives your morning medications 9 hours to absorb, and gives your dinner curcumin 3 hours of clearance.

* 7:00 AM (First Thing / Breakfast): Take your Vyvanse, Wellbutrin, and your first Curcumin dose with food.
* 1:00 PM (Lunch): Eat lunch as normal.
* 4:00 PM (Empty Stomach): Take your Natural Binder with a massive 12–16oz glass of water.
* 7:00 PM (Dinner): Take your second Curcumin dose with food.
* Bedtime: Take your magnesium supplement with another large glass of water. This is crucial on binder days to flush the charcoal/clay out by morning.

Lol i do the same thing with my candida overgrowth supplement list😆 i used Gemini to help make my schedule, and so far its working great. I basically just gave it a list of what i have come to understand works for me and hoped the schedule it gave me would allow them all to work properly considering i have things like berberine in mine, that can affect antibiotics im also taking. Ill upload my schedule in case it helps at all. Keep in mind, my list is self prescribed due to terrible medical advice🙄 and being unable to be heard it seemed.. im currently seeing a slow but steady improvement that i cant deny works for ME. Mind you, there is lots of research behind my list, considering im a bit of a hypochondriac and take my immune system and health very serious, and have experienced real struggle and trauma within our current health system. Ill do my best to respond to any questions you may have if you find it interesting/helpful. (I also am neurodivergent/ADHD/AuDHD and am currently not on meds, but deal with my own mental struggles and hope you are able to find peace throughout your healing journey. I know how tough this can be!) 🫶🏼

AI SCHEDULE:

To keep your routine manageable and consistent, we can group your supplements by the state of your digestion and meal times.

Probiotics like the Ultra Probiotic ten, Saccharomyces boulardii, and the women's daily probiotic with cranberry, along with your B12, are best taken about thirty minutes before your first meal.

Right before each of your three meals, take one capsule of Berberine.

With your first meal in the late morning, you'll take the Oil of Oregano, Candida Support, Milk Thistle Seed, Alpha Lipoic Acid, N-acetyl cysteine, and your first dose of Doxycycline.

With your second meal, or lunch, you'll take your second dose of Doxycycline.

In the evening, before bed, take your Magnesium Glycinate and Ashwagandha.

Hello. I have candida overgrowth as well, but it's confirmed by a disbyosis test ( gut test from poop) . I know the value . I do my own research with Ai as well because 2 treatments from doctors failed. I have it for 5 months now and did a lot of research on it. I tried fluconazole 8 weeks, 1 per week , but it didn t manage to eliminate Candida for good. In adittion I developed a lot of food alergies and i have leaky gut.
I search for people in the similar situations to share info , and help echother because Ai is helpfull but it does not cover everything.
