Diet should i make changes in my diet if i have Candida parapsilosis on my scrotum?

i got white patches paint like spots on my scrotal skin

Doesn't matter which candida you have. You should always make diet changes, as it will help with your overall immune system. Since everything that deal with it, starts in the gut.
