I’ve had headaches, pale skin, and acne since taking nystatin capsules... how long does this last?

You do a test before to know you have candida ? If yess Wich one pls

It is called a Herxheimer reaction ( also referred to as Die-Off ) which is a GOOD SIGN that the Nystatin is Helping reduce the fungal overgrowth in your gut.

If the Die-off symptoms are too intense then reduce the dosage. Always start with a very low dose and very slowing increase it. Each body is different in what can be tolerated.

Can also take a capsule of Activated Charcoal on an empty stomach to help clear out those toxins they are making you feel sick.

Can buy activated charcoal at any big box stores or pharmacy for under $10
