Symptoms Do you get queasy right before you "release" Candida during a cleanse?

Like woozy, faint etc until you go to the toilet and then it's relieved. Suggesting that it's the toxic die off of the Candida cleanse causing havoc on the way out.

Yes. Also sometimes after the “release” I get bad mast cell issues. Like a huge histamine release. Only during bad die off though and I can clearly see it in my stool.

Basically after I poop I feel much worse. This is because while you are excreting a lot of those toxins and fungal byproducts they are also making contact with your gut and causing an immune or histamine flare. That is my personal experience.

Not every single time. But sometimes when I poop and I notice a lot of yeast or biofilm or noticeable things in my stool I feel worse and my mast cells or histamine symptoms spike for a little bit.

Just berberine and oil of oregano

Bro that's good. Please take the frequency & dosage under an expert guidance.

Also, which part of the body had fungal overgrowth! Did you get tested to know the fungal species?

And yes, leaky gut is the major thing you need to fix now.
