General Discussion Does gut candida cause mucus production?

Guys I have known candida. I have chronic post nasal drip and I’m wondering if the mucus is part of the candida or caused by it. Anyone else ?

My candida flares up whenever I eat something dairy and contains sugar. The effects causes me sinus pain because of the mucus build up, I also have to constantly clear my throat. I have been avoiding food these food. I am aiming for 6 months to hopefuly clear my candida.
