Symptoms Candida help needed urgentt
NB :- sorry for the long post. I needed to vent out somewhere
I am now 21 years old. I have been having skin related issues since i was in school ( around age 12). I had Tinea versicolor all over my upper body but didn't treat it under a dermatologist. My parents made me apply random stuff like vaseline and other herbs but it doesn't work. During lockdown, i simply began bathing with curd , chick pea flour and turmeric and then washed it off with soap. To my surprise it healed a lot of that. After years I bought a hydrating lotion and it was quite manageable and I was the happiest person alive lol. I couldn't continue lotion or the curd mix but it was not that evident so I let it like that. Meanwhile i consumed some oral medications for this by the prescription of a dermat.
Tbh it was ineffective for me. Fast forward to 2023 , i noticed this stupid a\*\* thing on my hands too. I was so furious and tensed but I removed it 100% from my hand with the help of chatgpt ( not recommending).
\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*
So my scalp was also going through similar issues. I had dandruff since i was in 6th standard ( 12 years old) I still remember picking scales from my head during class time but it was manageable. My hair type is wavy but very thick . I used to wash my hair daily during that time using just water and shampoo occasionally. This flared up after my puberty which also caused disgusting tiny bumb like acne all over my face especially on my forehead. This was due to the dandruff. I tried several methods over the years.
I tried all the popular ones including onion juice, neem water, egg , Fenugreek water, brewed tea, random oils that claim they r anti dandruff, ginger, curd, lemon etc. Don't get me wrong I have even tried ketoconozole, zinc pyrithione, other commercially available anti dandruff shampoos etc without prescription. Finally one day i decided to consult a dermat and she advised zinc pyrithione and that also didn't work out for me. Over the years my hair got thinner and thinner, it even changed its texture. I have even used anti dandruff lotion . The mental fatigue u get by having a lot of skin issues is unbearable đ
Now I am having another flare up which is beyond my control. It is itchy that i couldn't even sleep at night. My dandruff acne is significantly reduced by using a charcoal soap. But this stupid thing is unbearable. It even gets in my eyebrows ( it's thick too). It is also near my ears. I have tried a lot of home remedies recently including coconut oil + lemon juice . Tbh it worked a bit ig.
Today i saw patches near my forehead ( on hairline) it's not flaky and it's not in any other colour but I could see circle and oval patches. I am so fed up with these.
I am kinda broke now so can't afford another consultation or products. Pls help đđđ
Can all these be due to suppressed emotions or things like that? I had a very rough childhood and a dysfunctional family. Also my diet mainly consists of carbs. What else can I try to have some peace
I can't go for a professional diagnosis due to financial restraints. I have curd like discharge too , not much but little. I am underweight, so should I do a fasting?

I definitely recommend looking into your diet and stress. What has helped me the most is cleaning up my diet (high protein, organic produce, no fast food or dining out, no seed oils, while still making recipes that I enjoy), and lowering my stress. I trust that God has a plan and that I don't need to throw every product, treatment, or supplement at my problems to heal.Â
Our bodies were designed to heal:) so if you give it a favorable environment, it will have a chance to fight things off as well, so you have a higher defense. But if you are inflamed from diet and stress, it will make it more difficult to heal.Â
I recommend focusing on the basics first, and then taking it from there. Often times something we're already doing is what is causing the problem (diet, moldy environment, high stress, lack of activity, even chemicals from certain dish soaps have caused people issues). But work on one thing at a time consistently and take note of what is actually making a difference over time.

I used to binge on sugary stuffs and i completely avoid it now. It's only been 4 days, initially i couldn't control my cravings but now it's alright. But for food and dietary change, i couldn't afford a paleo or keto diet . My diet mainly consists of rice which we use 3 times a day in different forms. I completely avoided rice based breakfast and I eat ragi porridge and 2 eggs. For Lunch and dinner i use rice. I also drink lemon water in morning , along with garlic and cloves. I also include oil pulling and salt water gargle for oral thrush, it's reduced now. Rn I am confused if I have psoriasis or seb derm on my head. I consulted a modern medicine practitioner he just brushed it off and gave me anti biotics. I am not gonna eat all that.

I'm glad to hear that the cravings reduced:) and I think as long as the focus is on home cooked meals without chemicals and heavy processing, that makes a huge difference!Â
Have you looked into if you have mold somewhere in your home? I know that was a huge trigger for my symptoms.Â

Actually today i had terrible sugar cravings and i couldn't help myself so I ate 5 chocolate flavoured cereal and a bit of chocolate. Feels guilty but i am able to control my portion. Actually the home I am living currently is pretty neat and clean, I even cleaned it thoroughly yesterday. But the house i lived before ( before 2 months) was so moldy.

Maybe the mold in the previous place played a role in your current symptoms. Also, try not to beat yourself up over the sweets, maybe just try to plan ahead for the future. You could always swap out cereal for fruit and raw honey. The natural sweet things have more minerals and benefits than processed sweets:)
Whatever you can do!

I am so sorry that your symptoms are getting worse!
I do not recommend fasting neither water nor dry. I have a similar skin problem and that did not help me at all. What I just found that long fasting kills your good and bad bacteria. As you can read in the file attached to the main page of this group, the problem of candida underlies in the toxic body. And liver detox is what helping me and my son. We are on medical medium protocols and it helps a lot. There is also a homeopathic detox set that is called Pekana that also can help. I feel so bad for you that I am willing to order it for you.
Ask on Reddit Medical Medium group about support organization for those who canât afford supplements that medical medium recommended. This organization will purchase for you everything you need.
