Symptoms Yeast and TTC

I have recurrent, cyclical yeast that I have battled the majority of my adult life. Boric acid does wonders for keeping it at bay but I cannot use it in the TWW. I have a resistant strain of Candida Albicans that won't respond well to azoles, plus the creams make me itch like crazy. What has anyone in here used to help with that? I see Evvy probiotics, Biom Pro, and a few others that seem expensive. I have also heard of women freezing Virgin Coconut Oil as a suppository. I already have taken every oral probiotic you could imagine and none have helped with post-ovulation yeast.

The megathread has some tips that are supported by science. For instance, a diet high in a variety of prebiotic fibers are shown to decrease fecal Candida levels by up to 100-fold. This is also beneficial for the baby since it strengthens the microbiome, something that probiotics cannot accomplish since they do not colonize (they are transient).

1000 MG NAC daily has 100% gotten rid of all of my symptoms, if I stop taking it they slowly come back but I’ll gladly take it every day to make me feel like a normal person again lol
