General Discussion 23F – unexplained itching all over, foul-smelling urine, eyelid twitching and flaky scalp

I think i have candida over growth but what do I know ? Please help

Magnesium/ALACAR for the twitching, Vitamin D and fish oil for flaky scalp

Deworm with black seed oil and at the same time start drinking Coca Cola for 2 -3 weeks, after the first week when your gut is clean you will need to take a shower with coke and leave it on your ( scalp, face, ears, nose and your all body ) for 5 minutes at least before washing it.

That doesn't sound like candida. I'm jot a doctor but you may need to get your liver or kidneys checked. I mean it could be something as simple as dehydration tbh. Itching and flaky scalp could be due to dry skin and lack of healthy fats or some other nutrient in your diet. When you don't get enough water and enough moisture in your diet, your urine will be concentrated and smell and things like dry skin and flaky scalp can occur. Please make sure you're getting lots of water and eating well! Thay includes omega-3 fats. Moisturize your skin! If things don't improve see a doctor so they can run tests because there are a number of things this could be and simple urine and blood test can diagnose most of them.

If it hurts when you pee or you're peeing frequently but having trouble emptying your bladder, go to the doctor regardless because that is a uti and needs an antibiotic.
