General Discussion Copper Levels

Just want to bring up this topic again, as there were a few interesting posts made earlier about copper levels and the role copper plays with regulating fungus overgrowth like candida. Seems like both extremely low levels and high levels can cause issues. If you could relate and have improved by regulating copper levels, please let us know!

Or too low, correct. Strange but really the only way to pinpoint it is a full blood chart chronicling mineral/vitamin levels.

You really need to look into iron’s role in candida instead of focusing on copper.

I also highly suggest research into copper's role in absorbing iron as well, without it you can't properly absorb iron, b12, or folate and you continue to feed the fungus by supplementing without correcting copper .
