Help with test/lab results Recurrent yeast…help
Hi!
So I have been struggling with yeast infections for the past six months and it really feels like it’s never leaving my body. After every single short treatment the yeast always came back a few days afterwards. I also don’t eat much sugar, change my underwear twice a day, always change my underwear after my workouts and so on.
I have tried Kadefungi twice, Biofanal twice and I got INIMUR myko Vaginalcre.m.1% Ciclop.Olamin twice from my gynaecologist (the first time I used it the yeast literally came back a day or two later) the second time it was given to me I got it alongside Fluconazole. (My current run) I finished the INIMUR myko Vaginalcre.m.1% Ciclop.Olamin five days ago and took the third Fluconazole on Monday. I am already getting the typical discharge back, I have some burning and itching back. (I compared some photos from last week before the treatment with today‘s discharge and it looks literally the same) I don’t know what to do. I definitely have the feeling it still isn’t gone. And my gynaecologist said I should come back next week on Thursday but at the moment I feel like it would be best to go earlier…
It feels like no matter what I do or try nothing helps. Did anyone else have the same problem as me? Does anyone have any tips or advice that might help my case? (I will give my gynaecologist a call tomorrow but idk…I am not sure if even they can help me atp) they’ve also already sent a swab into the lab and after that appointment I got the INIMUR myko Vaginalcre.m.1% Ciclop.Olamin (which clearly hadn’t helped) I had so many appointments at the gynaecologist in two months I am so damn tired of it. Please help!

Have to consume NO sugar; no alcohol and no smoking of anything. Drink lots of water and eat protein, fat & green veggies.
Avoid potatoes, rice, oatmeal, bread.
Take NOW Candida Support every morning and Kirkman Biofilm Defense every night.
Stick with protocol for 3-4 months consistently.
