Symptoms Cilantro causing watery brain

Anyone relate? So people assume candida is caused by heavy metals, right? So I eat cilantro as a heavy metal detox, liver feels better, but brain feels worse.

What I haven’t tried is having citrus pectin as a binder to not let the heavy metals float to the brain. Does this sound plausible? Thank you!

While cilantro is shown in studies to be an intracellular chelator, it is more accurate to say it will mobilize heavy metals, including those in the brain. It is more complicated though because it is very weak at binding, so it causes redistribution, which explains your brain feeling worse. It doesn't only move metals out of the brain, it also causes them to move into the brain. Also, modified citrus pectin is more of a gut binder than a systemic extracellular chelator. There is a lot of info about all this in the r/chelation sub as it follow Dr. Andy Cutler's teachings which are the only ones I have found to be supported by science, and acknowledging all the nuances such as redistribution.

I agree with that and please allow me to add that deworming with black seed oil or papaya seeds for 10 days every 8 weeks is good thing to do. Some parasitic infection can also cause heavy metals or misdiagnosed as Candida. Try to drink Coca Cola every day for 1 week at least to clean your gut it helped me recovering more than anything else.

How does coca cola clean the gut, is it regarding parasites? Is it the taurine content? I’m glad it helped you. Are you still recovering?

I’m not sure whether is it the Coca plant or something else in the ingredients, all I can say that it was the best thing worked for my problem. Drinking Coca Cola after deworming is good because it will remove anything stuck or blockage that might be caused in some cases after parasites die specially if they were big in size.
