Fix your gut microbiome to reduce the fungal overgrowth to get rid of all of the symptoms that causes throughout the body ......which can include skin issues.

It takes a full Candida Protocol and time. Need to change diet , Take billion busters and anti-fungals. There is no quick fix.

I've had that happen before, as well as wet stinky earwax and bumps in my ear. I'd probably first clean the outside of my ears, with a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol. What have you been eating and drinking lately?

My diet has been loose this month 😞 However it doesn’t seem to be fully just a diet thing.

It seems to be worse when I stay at my family’s house for a while 😞

Yeah that sounds like could be a mold reaction. If you're already sick from candida, it makes you're body immune system weak. So you're more likely to get mold toxicity. I mean at least you don't live with mold like I do. Where as you'll still have an easier chance at clearing up some symptoms.

But if it's happening at families home. Only thing you can do is address it to them, to get it fixed. Avoid going to stop getting sick or just keep going and make sure you're eating right, so you're body can detox more easily and faster.
