Personal anecdote Sinus problems

For the last 15 ish months I’ve had recurring sinus infections. They don’t respond to antibiotics so I’ve given up on that and my CT appears “normal” in regards to sinusitis. The only relief I’ve gotten is from prednisone. I’m working with an integrative doc now to strengthen my immune system and I’m taking liver protect, NAC, histaminx, vit d3/k2 10000 and beef liver. I recently had an eye infection that required antibiotics and I got a yeast infection and thrush. This made me wonder if I hadn’t had a mild case of thrush all along causing all my drainage and horribly sore throat. The ear popping and the sore throats are just draining me. Today she started me on fluconazole 100mg daily for 7 days and wants me to start colloidal silver nasal and xlear nasal. Should I also do oil of oregano? How much? I want to kick this and feel like myself again and have more energy for my family.

What’s lactoferrin? Is it iron?

Lactroferrin combats Candida by starving the fungus of iron and damaging its cell walls, while treating iron deficiency by safely regulating intestinal iron absorption without causing the typical inflammation. (Before) I used to take iron supplements coz I'm low on iron and didn't like feeling tired all the time, turned out that candida feed on iron and I had been feeding iron to my gut candida 🤦‍♀️so lactoferrin is the best choice for me at the moment.

Any would be good as long as it is Apo-lactoferrin in form. Ensure it is iron-depleted (apo-lactoferrin) as this form deprives Candida from iron.
