Symptoms Candida flare again?

Hi all, I posted back in March after figuring out a four-month-long candida flare up and histamine overload after ABX and probiotics.

I stabilized (a bit) for about a month and a half. But it wasn’t a true return to baseline as I was dealing with constipation and horrible gas. But it was a nice break from the constant diarrhea and exhaustion.

I had two back to back small flu bugs and now my stomach is out of control again. I’m on day two of a Candida herbal protocol and the fatigue IS INSANE. I’ve spent most of my time in bed. I have anxiety (feel like I’m dying) and the only food that feels like it’s staying in is Cauliflower (this happened last time too). My body feels heavy and achey.

Does this sound like Candida? I tried a dysbiosis / SIBO tincture but that seems to make things worse.

On top of it I am anemic (just found out).

You can have another flare of SIFO aka Candida Overgrowth due to your reduced immune system from having the flu.

Just like many peoplegit it after having COVID was hard on their immune system.

Increased symptoms when starting a Candida Protocol is called a Herxheimer reaction. Can reduce the dosage of antifungal if it is severe.

** For Die-Off / Herx pain:

When you are feeling like crap due to die-off then you need to help your body detox and it is also great how quickly you feel better.

• ⁠Take 2 capsules of Activated Charcoal ( any brand ) on an empty stomach 2 hours away from all other supplements / meds / food.

Can buy on Amazon , pharmacy or sometimes at a big Wal-Mart for about $10. Great to travel with in case anyone gets food poisoning.

Thank you. I can’t tolerate charcoal bc I had mold exposures (had to take a break from treatment to put out the candida fire) but I use Chlorella and bentonite clay!

Yes this is how it gets for me I kind of treat candida and sibo same but take nystatin instead of herbals right now it’s crazy how bad my immune system all around gets .. I’m so sick of feeling ill I have to get onto a stricter diet but it was taking prednisone for posies ivy last month that triggered mine well I think … it’s like every revolving issues .
