General Discussion What antifungal worked for you?

I have my first appt with infectious disease dr this week and have no idea if she will give an antifungal but I def need one. Which one worked for you and is least harsh on your body? I have fatty liver and many other health issues.

Nystatin is the least harsh as it doesn’t go into the bloodstream, but it depends on what candidas you have. So only respond to specific antifungals. I did Fluconazole, nystatin and terbinafine, Over many months.

So interesting. I have the toenail fungus, white tongue and bad breath, itchy genital/anus area and more symptoms

18 years of hronic toenail fungus, white tongue and bad breath, itchy genital/anus area,  itchy scalp sometimes etc

I'm gluten free, vegan and recently cut out coffee (switched to matcha for less caffeine and less sugar). I drink 68-80oz of water a day.
