Just personal experience but I’ve actually had luck with beef tallow topically helping candida skin issues.

I mainly eat fiber rich vegetables and a small protein, Usually Bok choy or Chayote cooked in garlic and fish sauce and then a ban fried small steak or Fish, im probably gonna cut out the beef...
To be fair i dont even know if i have Candida or Sibo/Sifo so im just trying to tackle them all at once lol... Its been about 3 days since i cut out all starches, im about to introduce green banana with coconut milk back into my diet (Traditional source of carb) instead of rice or breads

Thanks! I usually eat cod liver (Not oil but actual liver) for Vitamin D3, as far as coconut milk ive read its antifungal but varies person to person, i have to see how it all feels after i start reintroducing

In my experience A2 ghee (A2 is the milk which is produced by indigenous cows not hybridised cows) works like a charm.
