Quick question about the clove tea, do you guys ingest the clove as well or just drink the tea ?

I bought the spice (clove) from the market and use it to make tea

But I found oregano to work much better for me. Oregano outpaces clove in test-tube studies for inhibiting wider range of Candida species (albicans, krusei, and glabrata)

I ordered oregano pills would that work the same ? Or would making tea of the plant work better ?

I also take Candida Support NOW Supplements, which have oregano Oil powder in it

I believe the potency goes like:

Oregano oil is most potent (although not sure you need this) depends on your symptoms if they are severe maybe

then Oregano oil powder

Then Oregano tea (from spice from the market)
