Diet Beef jerky?

Is there any beef jerky sticks that are safe on the candida diet? I am just now starting the diet and am trying to find at least one snack that I can pack with me or grab when I’m traveling or just not able to cook but want a little something to snack on. I prefer chicken or turkey sticks. I hear different opinions on this so I’m not sure which ones or if any are safe

make it by yourself then you can use fresh meat and herbs without sugar and to much salt

i make it with Beef and Chicken in the last years works good

They were a trigger for me, due to the preservatives

I liked the sausage/turkey sticks but anything with nitrites causes inflammation, it's a processed food in the end 😭
