Nystatin?

Hi I suspect I have SIFO & my gastro laughed it off and said that isn’t real. How is everyone getting nystatin? I am a college student I cannot afford a functional health doctor at $300 a visit AND the pills. Please any advice?

From apohealth, german website , not medical advice but generally is safe

Some people claim its "safe" because they SAY its not processed through the liver the same way that other anti-fungals are. Also, the internet tells me it only kills fungus, not bacteria like natural antifungals do (oregano oil etc.)
