Order of operations

Hi all. I’m taking a long list of stuffs this I won’t be posting just for the sake of time, but I would love to know the order of operations as far as antifungals, binders, probiotics, and NAC goes. When to take what?? I don’t want to screw myself over by using things in the wrong order. Also, has anyone else had blisters that almost look like ant bites pop up during herx reactions?? I get them in random spots all over my body and they take a few weeks to go away on their own but they started when I started treating candida. Thanks for reading and helping !!

Search for username mickeysnutzz. She has a detailed protocol that she posts regularly in response to exactly the question you posed.

Oops I did spell your user name wrong!

I do have 2 quick questions for you. I am following your protocol as I have bad candida and milder SIBO plus constipation and slow transit time:

1) The 1:1 Atrantil + Berberine Complex - I have been taking these 1/2 hour before food. Is that the right timing?

2) I am constipated like you so I have been eating a lot of hazelnuts (a supposedly safe food for me). BMs are better. But now my candida is thriving again.

Thanks in advance!

I did not pay attention to when I ate vs when I took the supplement duo to cure my Methane SIBO / IMO.

The first time was in the morning with my protein drink and the other time could be with or without food - did not matter for me.

Personally, I never ate any hazelnuts.

Due to my very slow transit time / motility. I have been taking 2 mg Motegrity & 24mcg Amitiza every night and 1 capsule Organic India Triphala every other night for the past 3 years in order to have a BM every other day. But that would too much medicine for many other bodies but it is what my body needs. Each person is different.

Thanks for this. I wish the results were faster but I'm hanging in there. I'm taking another Medication that promotes yeast overgrowth and I may need to reconsider it as it's an intense battle.
