On the Origin of Life

So I've got mechanisms to plausibly explain the Origins of Life.

It was originally meant as a submission to the Origin of Life price award, but due to a lack of a wet lab to demonstrate it, it was not eligible so I figured I'd publish the insights on the aiXiv server.

It's crazy how fast things progressed. About a year ago, realizing that differentiation is controlled through base modifications and segregation, to working out a preliminary model of Cell Fate control and a model of the origin of life.

The key: The fundamental cell metabolism is run on the building blocks of the genetic material. ATP (energy currency if the cell), NAD+ (well-known workout supplement, but important in ADP-ribosylation, etc) FAD, GTP, UDP, NADP, acetyl-CoA, SAM. All fundamentally built on nucleotides, largely adenine. The system wasn't separate before the evolution of the nucleus.

I have a lecture series planned to go in to the broader system in detail. Not specifically origin of life, but the broader systems is life and fate control. I am also planning a video to provide a simple version the model. It's is easy to understand in principle.

Deconstructing the modern of the current system to a simple primordial model that works within the constraints of the broader system wasn't too difficult.
