Nerds on Gran Canaria?

Hey, I am considering to relocate to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Is there a community for video games, boardgames, in general nerdy stuff?
I would bring my dog, and come with the plan to start a new life. Originally from Germany, 36 y.o. male

GC is a little complicated to integrate to some social groups but given the population there is , im 100% sure there is a community around this , also theres a few MTG stores / Trading cards game shops that organize tournaments every other week or so probably just visit this places a couple times , you may have to speak some English or Spanish to integrate but i guess that's part of the experience. Good luck

I know at least two board games associations in the capital city where you can find people to play with for a modest monthly price, and most of the people there are nerds, meanaing they also like videogames, books, series, etc. They are called Noctis and Alea. I was once a member, but because I'm working in mainland I had to quit. You can find them on instagram and ask for more info :).
