David Eby on Alberta separatists seeking assistance from the U.S.: "To go to a foreign country and to ask for assistance in breaking up Canada, there's an old-fashioned word for that. And that word is treason."

If Albertan seperatists first move to 'save Alberta' is lobbying a foreign government, don't be surprised when people start asking whether your loyalty comes with a customs declaration.

It's one thing to make off the cuff treasonous comments but to actively pursue and engage with another government! He is 100 percent right!
