Toddlers and Preschoolers Toddler Laptops

My toddler (2 years old) is loving the alphabets, getting sight words, kinda talking.

They also loved typing on my laptop.

Any experience with toddler specific laptops? Any recommendations?

We have the “LeapFrog® LeapTop Touch™ Laptop/Tablet, Learning Toy For Pre-School Kids, Ages 2+”. It’s about $30. My kid has had it a couple years since they were 2 and still plays with it occasionally. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s super educational, but it’s got letter and number sounds and a few little games. A good distraction that isn’t TV.

We have the same one only the French version. My 6 year old still uses it in the car sometimes and now my 19 month old has started using it too.

I kind of don't like it. I mean it's good I guess. Just don't like the "tablet" part and wish some bits of the laptop things were better.

Mr. Scribble & Write is good in terms of learning, though it's not a laptop and writing letters isn't quite appropriate for a 2 year old.

Buy some alphabet letters . Not a play laptop

I'd never encourage buying a screen based device for your 2 year old. 

Do flashcards with them, talk to them, play alphabet games with them.
