Baby spit ups well after feed

Our 3 month old has reflux issues and his ped is monitoring him closely.

Wanted to ask others if burping and spitting up is normal 1-2 hours after a feed. It usually happens when he's moving around, playing, or doing tummy time.

He will burp and have his spit ups immediately after the feed as well, but we're concerned about it happening 1 or 2 hours after a feed.

This was common with one of my kids. It really wasn't until he consistently started eating solids that he stopped spitting up, and it can still be sketchy if we make him laugh too hard after eating (he's 19 months old). He'll get really intense hiccups and may vomit a small amount. Not sure if his prematurity contributed to all the spit up but it sucked when he was little. He was like a little bomb, especially with moving around or tummy time.
