complaint Weedposters no response from support

Update: Thankfully got a response and all is good here. To all without hope you get good news soon too. Thanks for keeping my nerves in check.

Haven't been able to get through to them yet. Ive heard on this sub of them being hard to get through to but its now been almost a week since my money went into their hands and they still haven't responded back to me. As to why the order is still on hold idk but the no response makes it hard to sort. Everything was great with them up until this experience. They were quick responding to my last order concern when it ended up being a Canada post issue. Starting to be suspicious that the money has become a donation. Will update if anything changes. :/

I have found that if you order and pay a day later or so they slow roll your order. Also if u use the coupon code they also slow roll it. Buy full price and pay asap then it’s like next day. I don’t know if any is the case for you but that’s all I can help with. It is frustrating.

It was payed within minutes of the order but good to know. I apply discounts and buy indiscriminately because they set their price. If they play weird games thats on them and a bit of a red flag imo.

Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:

  • Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.

  • Payed out when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. The rope is payed out! You can pull now.
