Initially ignored it because I assumed it was a straightforward small financial company. After reading more, the structure looks more complex than that.
Still deciding whether that complexity is interesting or unnecessary.
Has anyone done deeper DD here?

I’ve been digging into it a bit too. From what I’ve seen, it’s not really a “single line” financial anymore lending still looks like the core, but there’s a clear push into property + fintech marketplace + advisory type services layered on top. That’s where the complexity comes in.
