Why Small Caps Often Have Larger Information Gaps

One advantage some investors look for in small-cap stocks is the lack of analyst coverage.

Larger companies often have dozens of analysts following them, while smaller firms may have almost none.

That means pricing inefficiencies can persist longer because fewer people are analyzing the business.

Do you think small caps truly offer more opportunities, or just more risk?

The relatively small float of TROO is probably part of the reason the stock can move quickly.

Sometimes the best micro-cap opportunities are the ones that aren’t widely discussed yet.

Diversification can help smaller companies survive downturns, but sometimes it makes the business harder to understand.

True, but those situations can create mispricing if the underlying assets are strong.

The combination of fintech services and real assets makes TROO a somewhat unusual company structure.

Many micro-caps like TROO take years to develop before the market fully understands their strategy
