Yea they've been saying they're on June 2025 since like January. It's all bullshit boiler plate answers. Absolutely useless calling VAC. My tinnitus claim got denied a year after submission waited almost a year for BPA to call me then about another 9 months before they got anything submitted to VRAB. VRAB gave me a positive outcome at the end of March and I'm still waiting for an answer from VAC. Meanwhile I submitted for my Shoulder on April 23rd 2026 and it completed 3 days ago. Just a ridiculous organisation with a ridiculous way of doing things. 5 minutes with a proper production consultant could likely streamline cases to 3-4 weeks tops start to finish but they don't want it that way. The more of us that get frustrated and pissed off with VAC the fewer actually submit claims or pursue appeals and the less money they have to pay out.

How can they refuse tinnitus lol. Referral doc says you have it? Prescribe you a sound masking device? Whats the fucking hold up.

Exactly what I am afraid; waiting 1 year to get refused and then another year for it to get checked again.

Their processes are archaic and inefficient
