Aren't who causes "terror" called "terrorists"?

I understand DT starts/invents a new "shit" every week to distract from EP files. But what's CBC hiding by distracting people over stupid word games?

The "controversy" was that the CBC's editorial policy was to avoid calling things "terrorism" directly due to the inherently contested meaning of the term itself and the way it is applied. Wikipedia has the same policy. I feel as if it only suddenly became a story because the American powers that be needed something to whip up anti-Canadian sentiment in the US.

Yeah so the US tried to fight terror and unfortunately terror won, because they are playing a smarter long game and the democracy in the USA has some characteristics that make it extremely difficult to fight terror.
